		<description>Hi.  I like the tips that you gave.  I feel that it is not only applicable to a sports website. The tips can be applied to all other types of sites.  I most especially like tip number 7 when you advise to make the tip a little more proactive. I like that.  It will keep them interested and it will keep them coming back for more.</description>
